Bad quality rims from Xs wheels

I purchased a set of Brand new rims supp**** by Xs Wheels in Gauteng.After a month of driving I hit a pothole at 40km/h. The rim cracked in half. I contacted the company and told them that it’s not normal for this to happen and they said they will look into it. I then took the rim for assessment to a reputable rim shop. The report was that the rim was a manufacturers fault. Bad quality rim. Xs wheel does not want to take responsibility. Terrible service and attitude of the company.
