Order not delivered and no correspondence from XS Health

I placed and paid for an order on the 10th of November 2020. Received confirmation of order and since then no further correspondence. I phone thrice to be told each time that the courier could not find my address, which boggles my mind as I receive all other orders placed with woolworths, takealot, dischem, clicks etc. I have provided them each time with the correct address and cell nr and they promise to call back but still no feedback. Really disappointed at their service.
