Unpleasant Awful Service

<p>I am highly upset about the service I received from XS baggage Solly Bags at the Oriental plaza. I put a lay by for a set of Cellini bags in September 2016.</p> <p> In November when I went to collect it the owner Fawzia gave me stories and eventually after few calls I picked up my bags. She claimed that all was in order and all the bags were inside. When I got home I checked and realised that the vanity bag was not in. I contacted her immediately. Since then to date I have not received my vanity bag. I have made numerous calls and visits to the shop and she is always giving us a new story. Saturday when I went there I was once again given another story. Apparently she called cellini and spoke to a man by the name of Elista as he did not deliver. She was giving us attitude and said the bag is only R350 which is not true.</p> <p>I even wanted to return the bags and get a refund which she said cannot be done. I feel she is not treating me fairly. I have a right to be refunded as I was not provided with my full order and have waited for 2 months.</p> <p>She doesn’t reply message and promise to call back but don’t.</p>
