Bad service

I placed an order with the company and paid deposit. I was promised to get my order the following day but I never received my order. I waited for 4 days for an order that never arrived. I asked for a refund which the manager promised to refund but never did, it has been 3 weeks waiting for my refund. He asked me to not right a bad review about his company with the promise that he will refund me but he still hasn't. He never answers his phone when I call him. If u going to choose to do business with this company, I would suggest not paying upfront. Rather do COD.
