Worst dealer ever

I purchased a Porsche Cayman S at the end of 2024, and my experience with the dealership has been nothing short of frustrating. From the outset, I noticed several issues that the dealership has been unhelpful in addressing.

Firstly, the car came fitted with different brand tyres that were not only roadworthy but also 8 years old! They only agreed to cover the cost of one rear tyre, despite being informed by tyre experts that replacing just one rear tyre is insufficient and that the second rear tyre would also not pass a roadworthy test. This has left me feeling unsafe and unsatisfied with my purchase.

Additionally, I encountered problems with the Porsche Stability Management (PSM) system right from the start. I soon discovered that the alarm system wasn't working either, an issue that only came to light when I took the car to an official Porsche dealer for a check-up.

The level of service from the dealership has been incredibly disappointing. I've experienced long waiting times for replies to my inquiries, and now it seems they have chosen to ignore my emails altogether. It’s frustrating to feel abandoned like this after making such a significant investment.

If you're considering purchasing from this dealership, I would strongly advise caution. My experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and I regret not thoroughly researching their customer service prior to my purchase.
