Xpressprepaid is HORRIBLE

Richard gave me an incorrect quote over email, didn't even bother to come out to do a proper quote. Insisted on a deposit. When the electrician got there they realised the job was way bigger. Gave me a very expensive quote. I declined and requested the return of my deposit. Nothing. Had to initiate legal action. Stay far far away!!!! Very bad service.
