Disappointed Service

Hi

I travelled from work in Alberton & stopped at the Xpresso Clearwater Mall to have Chai Tea. I got to the cashier at 18:35 & was told that the lady finished clean the machine. I told him that I came all the way to have the Chai Tea. He just apologised. Xpresso closes at 7pm and at 18:35, the machine is already cleaned? There should be a notice put out so customers are aware as this isn't the first time that I couldn't order the Chai Tea. Furthermore, the pies are not as full as when the store first opened. I used to enjoy having the pies but now the pies are dry & hardly has any filling.
