I had a an urgent package sent from BFN to George with XOC and paid for AIR which is a couple of hundred rand more than ECO. When we followed up on why the package is late we were told by them that it is being shipped via Economy Road transport. When I contacted customer suport they just shrugged and said we are within the time frame. The irony is the recipient had to drive 90km to go fetch the package himself.

So,

If you absolutely have to use XOC. Don't bother paying for Air or OVN or anything else as they will just send you package via roadfreight economy in any case.
