Unacceptable service.

This company used to be excellent. Never an issue, always on time and at an excellent price. This year their service level has plummeted. Without going into details, twice this year: I paid up front as usual and only got a response after numerous phone calls, as they didn't reply to emails. Their automated confirmation emails didn't arrive, their consultants made promises that didn't materialise, their collections didn't happen on time and they returned one parcel to the sender instead of delivering it. Cheap yes, but very disappointing.
