I shipped a computer from my house in Cape Town to my nephew in Centurion using this company. Included the insurance option just in case there was damage in transit. The computer worked fine here. Per Xpress Online Couriers and because it is the sensible thing to do I used sturdy boxes and used 30 meters of bubble wrap to make sure the computer parts were secure in the boxes. Any remaining spaces in the boxes I filled with newspaper so that it could not move around. I put a label on the box to say \handle with care"and an arrow showing which way was up. Of course on arrival at my nephews house the computer would not start up. I sent Xpress Online Couriers an email just to let them know that there may be an insurance claim. Needless to say"
