POOR SERVICE FROM XOC COURIERS, AKA THE COURIER GUY

I made a booking online, and paid on the 10th of November 2020. The parcel still has not been picked up. I started making enquires, and according to them I made the booking on the 13th. This is not good enough. I have the proof of when my booking was made and paid for. Someone is not doing his job.
