Overnight option doesn’t actually exist

Disappointed. On Friday morning I ordered a collection in KZN for Monday, using the OVN to be in Cape Town the next day. Come Tuesday and the status hadn’t been updated since the collection so I phoned to enquire and was straight up told “even though you selected overnight, there isn’t actually an overnight option, it takes two days”. Seriously frustrated as it was quite urgent.
