Longest Overnight Parcel

I called the Courier company on Friday before 12 to find out if i could have a parcel delivered overnight. <br> I spoke to the lady, she said they are open on a Saturday, i said can they collect the parcel and deliver it on Saturday, she said no problem. If you are open on a Saturday it is the next business day. I did the online booking and paid over night cost. <br> When i called to find out about the parcel on Saturday they said its not there yet and they are open, and package would be there later and i could not collect it, and the overnight shipping means it will be here Tuesday. <br> So i called all the after hours numbers and sent sms's to find out if i can collect it over the weekend and no response. Now today Tuesday i called them at 8am, they said the driver already has it and i will have it before 11. I called again at 10:45, they told me its not yet 11, i asked for the drivers number and called him and got no answer, they told me to call again, i don't see why i should call after the driver, it is 11 and its 4 days later and still no package, even after paying a premium rate. What a waste of time.
