Happy customer but XOC needs to work on communication with regards to delays.

Online quoting and booking system is very good and easy to use. Good value for money. Item was picked up and delivered the next day.

However; stating that collection would happen between 8:00am and 16:00pm was inaccurate. I had no communication from XOC and had to call in at around 16:00pm to find out if the driver was still coming through. Luckily I was able to leave with security and the driver picked up and the package was delivered the next day. Improvement with communication with clients on delays is definitely required.
