Great Customer support!

Sent a parcel with overnight. The next day the parcel was still not delivered. I logged a ticket with support and the lady that helped me (Liezl) was probably the best support I have ever had from a SA company. They had some delays in deliveries and kept me informed about what is going on with my delivery. The parcel was out for delivery the following day. Great Customer service.
