The Biggest **** under the sun

Today I want to bring to light a company that is busy taking our hard earned money in return for services they are unable to provide.

The company in question, Xpress Network solutions ~https://www.xpress.co.za/

Ever since we started using this service back in Dec 2016 we have had non stop problems with them ranging from having no service for weeks to months at a time to a point where we have to buy our own data and still pay them for it. We have reached out in various ways and in different forms and we cant even get hold of their main office branch with the numbers provided, either being kept on hold for up to 6 hours or not even getting a response at all with the number not existing at all at one point ( ********** 005 and +27 ********** 32).

The numbers we were given for the locals tech's we were supposed to contact if a problem was to arise were these two Neels( ********** 246) and Willem( ********** 940) at any point you even try to contact either one about the service being extremely bad to unusable they reply with either not knowing what the problem is or stating that everything is working perfectly and the most common one being they are working on something. The last excuse that they use was working on something on the tower, now that has been used since we got the service and still to this day no improvements have been made.

We live in a mining village close to Thabazimbi, the mine does not allow us to have access to companies like telkom that supply a permanent internet connection, so we are reliant on WISP'S providers and unfortunately for us it seems Xpress has cornered the market as they are the only ones. Everyone here struggles with the service and with the people in charge as there is no communication at all. We have heard cases of this company in places like Barberton that say that they are suffering the same conditions under the same company. Paying for services that we cannot use.
