I had a really excellent experience with Xpress Credit, and frankly it's down to the way in which Dezlin handled the whole process. She was kind and patient on the phone and very accommodating during what was behind the scenes a very difficult week for me. Her whole way of communicating and her efficiency is something that just made such a difference. Thank you Dezlin and there is no doubt that anyone doing similar work to you could learn so much from how you work. I worked in the hospitality industry for 10 years, and I can honestly say that this is the first time that I have encountered someone with a genuinely outstanding standard of customer service and engagement, outside of that industry.
