Cheats with no Replacement of parts
I have had an issue with the service I received from the first day I came through to get my car fixed until today for an issue from March which I paid money for. I never ever used any repair centers other than Kia dealers in the 5 years of me using my car and the very first time that I used you my car is now a mess. I even had to use my car twice to get back to work and I was not ubered that is also petrol that I wasted. I keep being told that I need to tell them when am available but what's the point because they never commit to a date. I have all the Comms including with the previous consultant that was dealing with the issue, Yazeed promised to sort this out but I'm still driving a car that is not safe for both myself and my children.
I was quoted an amount of R6369,52 excluding tires on the quote attached, but on the day that I came to get the work done I then was charged R8220 which was R1850.48 more that the quotation. The then sales consultant Shameek said the parts he had to now get from a different supplier on the 5th of March, which I never budgeted for when Kevin sent me the quote.
2 days later on the 7th of March I voice noted Shameek telling him that there was a strange noise when I am braking and new brake pads and brake disks were meant to be installed and the brake pads are poor quality, which they promised it was Bosch. The brake discs were not changed they were skeemed and they can tell they are not new. Now after having taken the car back twice still nothing has changed, my car's braking is horrible and am now scared to travel because what must happen should I fail to brake? I need to have the details in writing and a report from Bosch confirming that these are their parts and that the brake discs belong to them and they were new. If I don't receive this report by end of the week I will be forwarding all this to the Consumer ombud because I was cheated from day one.
