Xpert solutons

I recently registered with Xpert solutons a debt review company, They claimed they will assist me with my debts and make my installments less by negotiating with my creditors for a lesser intrest. They debited they first installment but my personal loan still debited the usual installment. I contacted them on what's app line. They take time to respond, when they do it's really not professional, I have been requesting documents of my agreement with them, still not received them. It's been 5 days since they said my refund is being processed. They have no email.
