False information and ****mers

Xpert solutions gave wrong information about their service but now I’m under debt review because of them I can’t live my life peaceful I can’t even take a little loan

They told me they will clear my debt and pay for them but now the story change. Now they say they are negotiating with companies to decrease interest on my loans. Now the problem is I’ve paid up my loans by my self without any help from them and now for clearing my name under their company they said I must pay an amount of R1400 my question is what for?
