Xpanda- Poor quality product and shocking service

Bought a Xpanda security gate 14 months ago and the lock has already seized. Phoned Xpanda to come sort it out and they referred me to Hi-Tech doors in Port Elizabeth as they are the partner in the region. Hi-Tech doors said they cannot fix a broken lock so I would need to get a Locksmith to come out at my expense.

Cost of locksmith and new lock for gate R820. Xpanda has taken no responsibility over this and expect the client to fund their poor quality product.
