Shocking service or no service

Ordered a front and back gate from them in May, when they came to install in June the measurements were wrong and they installed temporary beams on the side for the front gate. They would come and install the correct beams in around two weeks. They have to date not install the correct beams after they had made numerous promises to do so. The back lock is not working for over a month which the said they will replace as it is still under guarantee which still has not been done.
