Safe lock popped open.

Hello. I recently bought a safe. The No:3 one. We installed it and after about a week one morning i opened the safe to take out my firearm and the welding on the bottom of the lock gave way and popped open and i dont know why. I keep my firearm inside the safe for safety as well. And if the break into my house the no3 "burglar resistant" safe wont have any resistance.we have welded it till now , but i would like someone from your management to please phone me in connection with this please.
