Pop rivets falling out of new Xpanda Safety door

<p>My entire house is secured with Xpanda safety doors (8 years now). I recently installed an additional Xpanda safety door on the inside of my front door for extra security however 2 days after installing I saw a pop rivert lying on the floor.... it fell out of the gate... I see a couple of other pop rivets are also lose. and the side runners also seem to be lose on the one side... have you dropped the quality in your assembly?</p>
