Sales guy was ok. Got my order placed, waited the 15 working days lead time. Heard nothing so I called them. Had to leave a message. He rep**** same day saying factory was busy, they scheduled to receive goods at the end of the month. Two weeks later, I called again. Sales guy said stock has arrived, installations team will contact me within the day. Nothing. Waited a few days till I eventually called them. installation is now booked for next week... WHY? Surely they could plan ahead and reduce delays?
