Amazing service!!!

I’d like to give a big shout out and thank you to the guys and girls at Xpanda Security for the excellent after sales service they gave me when one of my (very old) Xpanda gate locks gave trouble. Within 2 days, they had sent a new unit down (free of charge) and offered to install it. Wow. In this day and age of such bad service everywhere, it’s great to see a company stand by their products like that and support their customers. A special thank you to Nico (the Xpanda rep from PE) for the amazing service. He followed up daily and phoned / returned every call he said he would. Very impressed. Thanks everyone. Well done. I’ll definitely be sticking with Xpanda for all my security needs going forward. Companies do not know how much it is appreciated when they surprise their customers with excellent service. It really sets you apart and I’m a very happy customer.
