Bad service: Xpanda real security Vredenburg - 25 Process Street

We had a new house build that was finished end of Feb 2020. We had a guy, Hein, from Xpanda Real Security, Vredenburg, that we paid to install trellidor gates, vertical blinds to all windows, and clear bar security in front of all the windows. He himself came to take all the measurements. He took about three weeks to finish the job, which was supposed to take 4 days maximum (he started at the beginning of March), but it did not bother us, because we only planned to move in mid-April. (our builder was so kind to see that he come in and out every time he pitched). Due to the lockdown, we could not move on the planned date and only managed to move in at the beginning of May 2020. We founded that some of the blinds were broken and could not open or close. The blinds are also too wide for the window frames, so it cannot turn completely open. We know we ordered the 127mm blinds but would expect that a professional would have told us that that width would not work for the specific window frames. But that is water under the bridge. We would just like the broken ones to be fixed. Nobody has been in this brand new house except him and ? his workers and we saw the very first day that it was broken. We have made contact with him and he came to look and promised to come and fix it. We have been in contact with his office and himself numerous times, over and over and over and he just doesn't pitch. This whole operation cost us R26 785. We paid a deposit of R20 000 and the rest on completion and with trusting him. Now he is just ignoring our calls and his secretary just say that he will come back to us, but he does not.
