Disgusting service from Xpanda Pro KZN (Maxx Products)

I received the most unprofessional service from this company and I am disappointed to have given them my business. From the salesman Frank to the receptionist, who constantly promised to call me back with updates that never materialized. A number of attempts to contact the franchise owner proved unsuccessful. None of my calls to him were returned. Delivery dates were never met and I am still waiting for delivery despite numerous promises. Full payment was requested and received 2 weeks before even being given a delivery date.
