Xoom

I have been sent funds via Xoom and had to complete a mandate in order to receive funds sent . It Cleary states that a mandate needs to be completed on in a calender year but I've had to do it now for a 3rd time i follow the link sent and I cannot edit my date of birth wich means the dropdown cannot be followed to get to the next step to complete and forward this mandate . I contact them and we are already being given the run about. I fail to understand how people can run their institutions in such a **** manner. It's going to be a ****ing back and ****ing forth now I am so annoyed and disgusted with such ****ed up service
