Purchase of a caravan under false pretences not to pay-Theft

In 2019 i started dealings with this Company, specifically a person calling himself Samson. He made alot of promises to me to assist him with his current bussiness issues. I assited him buying machinery, including my private Caravan for site accomodation in Warmbad. He assured me of a payment on the caravan of R30 000-00, which he agreed to pay - since 2019 i tried calling him asking for my money, i have all whatts app written proof of our conversations over the years.. He now ignores all my calls and also read but dont respond to any attempted conversation. I tried opening a case at SAP Hartbee****rt where i reside, they refuse to assist and told me to open a case against him at small claims court, which i have not done.. due to the fact that i dont have much information on him accept his cell phone nr and a vehicle registration nr. I tried to open a case of purchase with false pretences, basically theft... As Samson now has the caravan in his possesion and still i did not receive any payment from him to date
