XOC who is to blame

I have been using XOC for a while. I had a situation where my orders was delivered to the wrong clients. Another they mailed to inform me that there is no answer from the contact number. The client was there the intire time. So they didn't even go to the business it self to make sure there is someone. Orders for Durban landed in Germiston.
