XOC NO SUPPORT ANYMORE

Had a very bad experience with XOC. I have been using their services for a long time and this will surely be my last time.

How do you wait More than 24 Hours for a Waybill number?

How do you pay for a OVER NIGHT DELIVERY and then get told your package will only be in JHB 2 days later, but you will only receive it on the 3rd day??

I know Jeffreys Bay is not a town where they collect everyday, but come on now all of a sudden I receive my waybill # stating the parcel has been collected, but the parcel has been collected yesterday at 18.00pm already.

My argue is WHY PAY MORE FOR SPEEDY SERVICE AND THEN GET BAD DELAYED SERVICE...

VERY DISAPPOINTING!
