XOC couriers are useless

I recently booked a parcel on 22nd of December 2020 as an OVN due to that I needed the parcel urgently delivered to the EC.

Until this day, the parcel is still at my house and after numerous phone calls where I was told it would be collected. What really made me sad is that the parcel is my child's Xmas clothes so basically thanks to XOC I have ruined my child's Xmas experience.

If they can't do as they promise why not say we won't be able to help. Here is my booking number ***,I have also called their office many times they can axcess phone records to confirm. I really hate what they did.
