WHITE DISABILITY DOES NOT MATTER!

Twice I have used the Courier Guy and both times they made a mess of it: First I had a stove delivered but the driver had no help to offload; he then drove off without a word to me. I AM PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED SO COULD NOT ASSIST.

The second time I booked a pick-up AND OVERNIGHT DELIVERY on Wednesday 20h00 sent POP within 1 hour as demanded, but after 6 phone calls and ZERO RETURNED CALLS I finally insisted on having a refund or credit! Then they woke up. With so many people jobless one would think those who have one will do their job.

Well, my credit has just been refused by Trevor Griffin, Tel ***. Incredible that in his signature he subscribes to ACCOUNTABILITY! WHAT A JOKE!
