VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

Very very disappointed. Our company has been using XOC for a long time now, they have always been up to date, helpful and very quick with deliveries.

This week I had a terrible experience with XOC and highly doubt that we will be using them again in future. Every staff member I get diverted to tells me a different story. Payment was made and booked for Air 2days, one person tells me this morning it will arrive at the airport after 12. Next lady tells me the parcel is in PE and do I mind to check with their PE branch (is that not why you are working there....to help me with my parcel) after several staff members and all their stories the last lady tells me I will only be getting my parcel tomorrow. After explaining to them how urgent this is.
