Terrible service

I have had a horrible experience with this company. I was quoted R218 for delivery to Durban but as soon as the parcel arrived in Durban, I was then quoted R950 and told that if I didn't pay the rest of the amount they would not release my package. This is highly unprofessional and I should have been quoted this before they brought the package to Durban. When I tried to fix this issue I could not get through to them and my emails went unanswered for ages. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
