Poor Service: XOC/Courier Guy

<p>I made a booking for a parcel to be fetched from Parys, Free State to be delivered to Pretoria. On 17 May 16, the parcel was supposed to be delivered to me. I made various calls and the one transferred me to the next and back. Eventually after many calls and mails they phoned me to inform me that the parcel is detailed and will be delivered on 18 May 16. I asked them nicely to deliver before 10:00. It is now 13:00 and still nothing. I phoned them to be transferred again to line that is not answering.</p> <p>Poor poor, last time I made use of them. Will not recommend them. Waybill No: 264282</p> <p> </p>
