Pathetic service delivery

Good day, I am a regular client of XOC / The Courier Guy. I am however struggling with the poor service delivery I am receiving from you. This is the 3rd occasion that my packages have not been collected according the the agreed schedule. I am specifically paying for the overnight services, but in each of these instances you have failed to collect and deliver accordingly. I have to keep phoning and escalating the matter to management who then eventually intervenes and my packages are collected. I cannot run a business dealing with Takealot, when my courier is not reliable. I would like to have the matter addressed in order to maintain our business relationship, but if this occurs again, I will switch to another courier. XOC870172
