Pathetic service - 4 months to delivery 6 packages - now missing!

I have 6 waybills with thousands of Rands worth of stock missing in the warehouses of XOC / The Courier Guy, since April 2020. The call center, as well as dedicated resources are *********** and cannot correct this. I have allocated and reallocated these deliveries on their request more than 8 times now. NO HELP! The management team shrugs their shoulders and asses the blame on to the next person. Pathetic!!!
