Bad service

<p>When I started using this company they were great and very cost effective . </p> <p>In March I couriered x2 bugaboo strollers from Durban to Cape Town for R450 . </p> <p>Yesterday I made an online quote for another one but from joburg for R160 </p> <p>they called this morning to say that it couldn't be dispatched because it weighs 15kg and my dimensions were wrong I must pay in R2470 on the spot . Hence its only the frame and basket that weighs 3kgs & where must I get that amount of money ? The manager says it must just stay by the deport till I can pay it .</p> <p>there thing is the more you work with them the more problems you have . Disgusting will never use them again </p>
