Always problems!

I have been using [URL Removed] / The Courier guy to courier packages to my clients. The first time everything went great but this entire year I have been experiencing problems and every time something goes wrong. I have had them deliver my courier package to the wrong person (its required that you provide them with the contact persons information, still they just gave the package to a random person). I have had problems where I paid for a courier collection and they cancelled my courier. I always courier packages overnight and this company just decided that they will collect it late with no explanation and they did not even bother to get back to me when I complained! Now it seems as though they have completely lost my package! On Monday 12 October 2015 a package was collected form me but I have not received confirmation that the package was collected. My client is currently extremely upset because they are waiting for the package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday! I can't explain how frustrating it is to work with these people! They have no contact number and only respond over email if they ever do! I will most definitely not recommend that anyone use them ever!!
