XLNT Panelbeaters

My experience with XLNT Panelbeaters was not positive. 1st of all after dropping my car off, I was offered a ride home as I live just 6 kms from workshop. I accepted but the vehicle that I was driven home in broke down and had to cool off before starting up again. Then after being promised the job would take 3 days by manager , it took a couple more. On collection the car was not completely done and had a rear wheel cover not fitted correctly. The female owner who, upon hearing me complain about work not completed, was shouting at staff to remove me from the workshop( I was led to workshop by her staff). It's been 5 weeks since I was promised the replacement part would be orderd for me but I still haven't heard anything from them. I have contacted them 4 times promised return call by manager but this has not happened. Overall I had a bad experience with XLNT Panelbeaters
