WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

The WORST experience ever! I was reffered to this repair work shop by ABSA Vehicle Insurance Department for a minor vender bender repair claim to have fixed. I had to eventually contact this place myself as no contact was made with me. I then got a booking for 17.09.2024 where they assest and booked in the vehicle. Was told it will take +- 10-15 days. After 2 weeks i then made contact with them as no contact was made with me once again, to check up on progress, only to be told, wrong bumper received and was sent back. Another week later i call again only to be told another excuse about bumper and original one was ordered as they put a claim through. Couple days later i get called saying another delay as other extra parts must be ordered (brackets, headlight). Then this week get told via telephone call, might be done by Thursday (31-10-2024) if no other delay. JUST TO RECEIVE A CALL AGAIN TODAY, ANOTHER DELAY, ANOTHER EXCUSE,THEIR PAINT ROOM IS UNDER MAINTENANCE. NO TURN AROUND TIME AS TO WHEN I WILL BE RECEIVING MY VEHICLE. I Have been Highly INCONVENIENCED by XLNT Panelbeaters Blackeath cause due to their incapabilities i have been using alternative means of transport after their initial turnaround time.
