Firstly the secretary has no telephone etiquette. Then the floor manager James lies about the date and time that the one car will be completed. And his manager follows suit and lies with him and all she says is ‘sorry for the inconvenience’. They are the ones who send in the quotes and take photos to send to ones insurance but some how James does not know how to do this correctly hence the delay in completion.

Might I add it was said that they do not give courtesy cars but then the manager says why was a courtesy car not offered, so please tell me whose lying??

The owner of the company seems not to phased either and says that the car will be completed tomorrow, 3 workings days after the initial completion date given.

The service at this place is terrible and I wouldn’t advise anyone to take their car there.
