Bad service

I went to XKids mall of the south on the 19th of November to take out a lay-bye, staff member made me swipe twice and transaction was debited twice.I went back on Monday the 21st for a refund and I was told to print a statement which cost R15.00 on a mistake done by the store, the statement didn’t reflect the transaction but the store had slips showing the transaction was paid twice.I went back on Thursday with another statement which cost me another R15.00 and yesterday I followed up and still haven’t been refunded after a week all am getting the banker will get back to the store.

This is bad customer service and a huge inconvenience and sadly no one gets back to me, am the one doing the follow ups.
