Anger management urgently needed

Hi, I was so embarassed today (27-11-2021) when one of your staff members nearly attacked me in your Tembisa Mall store. So, this lady gave me a wrong laybuy order last time, so today I took it back for exchange. Instead of apologising for the malicious error, she saw it fit to challenge me infront of fellow customers, blaming me for the error 😂😂😂. I am so angry actually, I want proof that disciplinary action was conducted. I will be laying charges with higher structures for such ill-discipline behavious and will follow up daily.
