An unprofessional, ********* & Dishonest Company

I received a quote of R 10 600 from Xitsavi n BN Trading for a carport. The work was completed & all funds paid. I was promised that I would receive a receipt as well as a 5 year guarantee, which did not happen. The structure is of terribly inferior quality & leaks all over & the gutter is falling off. I have made numerous calls to both Hendry & his partner. Hendry (who is supposed to be a pastor as well) said that he would sort it out, then he mentioned that he had a death in the family, thereafter it changed to “I don’t have money” & now he doesn’t answer my calls or messages. His partner states that they underquoted me for the job. This has resulted in a tremendous financial loss on my part. I utilized a registered contractor to avoid such problems & I have upheld my part by paying the full amount as per the quote however these are dishonest people and they cannot be trusted.
