Terrible experience — very disappointing

I would not recommend Xisaka Guest House based on my experience. The website is seriously out of date, with photos that appear to be around 9 years old and do not reflect the condition of the property today.

The room was dirty, with mud and sand left on the floor. The walls were visibly cracking away from the ceiling, which made the room feel unsafe and poorly maintained. There were also curtain rails that were coming off the walls, and the bedding had noticeable stains.

Overall, the property felt neglected and nowhere near the standard suggested by the website. The difference between the advertised photos and the actual condition was extremely disappointing. I would strongly suggest checking the property in person before booking rather than relying on the website.
