Poor service

<p>Hi </p> <p>The service I'm receiving from this insurance its extremely poor .I an an Eccident with my car and I struggle to register a claim. 2 the car was at auto body renew it at Runberg wen i went to fetch it i wa suprise the door was still damage and i ask Noami why is foor not fixed she said to me it was not authorised by insurance . So my problem is that how can they authorise half of the car to fixed. Why are paying insurance if its doing like this now I'm sitting with a half damage car. Because of them</p>
