Bad Sushi Service
My friend and I visited Xing Long in Highlands Centre Centurion on Tuesday during our lunch hour. We sat down at the tables. First we had to call the lady behind the counter for service. There has not been sushi on the coveyer band for ages so we decided to order a platter. It was extremely hot, but the fan we asked her to switch on didn't work. We ordered sushi, she left the shop to go buy toilettries. After 45 minutes she returned, telling us she can't find the sushi chef. We left hungry. I phoned Centre Management who told me he never had complaints before, but he will ask the owner to call me. Needless to say he didn't call. Management called me after 2 days again informing me he spoke to Ron who said he never had complaints before. My question, is my complaint not valid? Is that treatment acceptable to anyone? They always give preference to take aways (we have eaten there before) so sitting there waiting for your food had always been frustrating, but telling customers after 45 min you can't find the chef is ridiculous. I will never eat there again. Don't waste your time either. Oh and the name has also changed in the meantime. Be very careful.
